Sylvia moved to Texas in 1976 and considers Texas “the best place to live in her humble opinion.” Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, Sylvia ran her own home-based internet business for more than 12 years before closing the business to care for a sick family member.

“I chose real estate because I was ready to start a career outside of my home, but wanted something that would allow me the flexibility to still have a lot of family and community involvement.” Sylvia added, “I love being able to meet new people and to provide help in one of the most important decisions they can make. I also love to learn new things, because we are never too old to learn.” Sylvia previously worked for Century 21, Mike Bowman, Inc. in the DFW area, and received excellent training and education by one of the best real estate companies in North Texas.

Sylvia and her husband have been married for more than 36 years and have 3 children and a multitude of wonderful grandchildren, and lots of pets! Sylvia is actively involved with her church, First Baptist Church of Kopperl, leading a women’s Sunday school class and teaching a class for adults each week. When not selling real estate, Sylvia loves spending time with family, volunteering, and teaching God’s word. She enjoys riding horses, reading, and working with her computer.
